Working in Los Angeles County as a Deputy District Attorney, John Anderson spent five years successfully handling all types of major cases in the California legal system. In his capacity as a Deputy D.A., John acquired a broad mastery of the California system of law. His experience and expertise range from arguing cases before both judges and juries to mediating out-of-court settlements.

For the past thirty years Mr. Anderson has led his Orange County, California legal practice to a highly successful and distinguished reputation. A master at obtaining favorable outcomes for his clients, in many cases, John is able to successfully settle a personal injury legal dispute in the beginning stages of a claim. In 1978, Mr. Anderson began a private law practice in San Clemente, California. Mr. Anderson has accumulated a remarkable record of success in personal injury practice in California. Working with his support staff, Mr. Anderson and his skilled team of lawyers, paralegals and legal aides employ meticulous research and resourceful presentation to build a solid personal injury case. Mr. Anderson’s unrelenting devotion to offering quality legal representation at reasonable rates coupled with his years of experience in the California legal system has helped build a strong, well-respected legal practice that fights for their client’s rights.

Fluent Spanish and German Speaker
Mr. Anderson was born and raised in Safford, Arizona. Traveling as a young man throughout Latin America and Western Europe, Mr. Anderson learned to speak fluent Spanish and German. He attended the University of Arizona, earning his B.A. degree in 1964, and his J.D. in 1968. He was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1968. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1969.

Married for over 35 years, Mr. Anderson and his wife raised a family of four children. He enjoys playing outdoor sports including tennis, golf, shotgun shooting. Mr. Anderson is an avid supporter and volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America.
